[Bug]: Testimonial Cards Responsiveness and Image loading

Describe the bug
The Testimonial cards are of very small widths and the third card image is not loading
I would be grateful if you assign me this issue with the labels Gssoc-ext,hacktoberfest and my github username is @Bhanuprakash842
Expected behavior
I would expect to increase the card width for the small screens and make the third image of the testimonials load better which makes the user experience better.

but the cards width should be somewhat increased to look better in smaller screens and this issue is also included.
