Aptos Documentation Issue

Location

What are the existing URLs containing the issue, if any?

All.

Where should this information land if new? (Start Aptos, Build Apps, Run Nodes, Reference, etc.)

Likely in subdirectories of the existing site by language (ex. en/, jp/, etc.).

Description

How would you describe the issue?

Now that we are in mainnet, we should expand our coverage of users to include languages other than English.

What needs changing?

We have a CrowdIn implementation. Now we need to set it all up.

What changes are needed to support this new feature or product? (A simple overview, detailed procedures?)

We need to organize moderators and other community members to help.

Adding @Mine77 and as a manager in CrowdIn to help drive this forward. Last status update showed we had a basic configuration in CrowdIn but no contents. Not sure about translators.
