[Feature Request][move-compiler-v2] More useful error message for bytecode verification failures

🐛 Bug

We could try to generate a slightly more user-friendly error message in case we have any errors that slip through after launch.

For beta launch, we might benefit if we dump the bytecode in case of such an error.

Add some more info like 'you hit a compiler bug please report'.
