[Feature Request] rest api to fetch table rows

Currently, only support to get specified row of table, it is very difficult to get all rows of table so provide a rest api to fetch table rows is needed

Motivation

I'm always frustrated when need to know all rows of table.

Why an API with such a high usage rate can't be integrated into aptos-node? The fundamental cost of running an indexer service is too high
