$PackageType query needs 'installer' extension

I tried the trivial change at https://github.com/nacc/aptly/commit/2471797593aed728fe330b4ee09e4db3b5674122 but it didn't seem to quite be enough.

Confusingly, specifying a package name of 'installer' does work. Would it make sense to have the aptly package commands display the PackageType to sanity check the results?
