Publish with scp

Publish over ssh protocol using scp. It can help everyone whos want to publish to a remote server with no S3 compatible service.

Would be useful for me as well. As workaround, I am currently thinking of simply rsyncing local filesystem directory with the remote server, once aplty has done its job locally.
