[Feature Request] History

I'd like to see aptly have a history feature.

aptly history would show each successful aptly command that ran.

For example:

2022-04-03_18:43 repo-add Successfully added some.deb someother.deb to myrepo
2022-04-03_18:45 publish-update Successfully updated repository myrepo with 88 packages
