refresh cluster with CRD

What problem are you trying to solve? Do you a suggestion on how to solve it?

When adding a CRD, I would like to have a button to "reload" the current state. now I have to logout of the cluster and log back in to see the new resources.

and also when you delete CRDs, they are not removed from the side menu until you exit and re-enter the cluster.

Same here but with slightly more complicated scenario - i work with crossplane which creates/deletes CRDs on a whim and reconnecting to the cluster every time a provider has been installed or removed, or a XRD has been deployed is kinda tiresome.
