Current-User install for Windows

Just wondering if it would be possible to add the ability to install aptakube for the current user in Windows, instead of requiring admin privileges to install.

Is this currently a blocker for you? I have a draft version of the Windows installer that doesn't require admin permissions that I could share if you want to give it a try

Not a blocker, yet, but I'd be happy to give it a try.

I've been researching about this topic and it's a lot more complex than I thought 😅

I think this command should do for now:

msiexec.exe /i Aptakube_1.6.5_x64_en-US.msi INSTALLDIR=$env:USERPROFILE\Aptakube\ MSIINSTALLPERUSER=1 ALLUSERS=2

In future I want to ship an installer where the user can select either perMachine or perUser during the installation process, but that doesn't seem to be supported by Tauri yet.

That command does work, thanks a bunch @goenning !
