How to pass options to HtmlBeautifier?

@PierBover As far as I know this isn't exposed, but I'll look into adding it as an option. If you'd like to open a PR, feel free.

Is there any fix for this issue. Does https://github.com/apsislabs/jekyll-tidy/pull/18 work in this case?
