Hi April, I am new to SharePoint and Power apps. I am impressed with your Leave Request app and I want to use it for my team of 13. However I am unable to get it to function properly. I created the SharePoint lists as instructed, but my lack of experience with creating lists in SharePoint may be the issue. Could you possibly share a screenshot of your lists that was created for this app?

@MMitchell68 In readme.md you have all the details: DeskReservation/README.md

Create SP lists manually or via provisioning package.
