No V3 in app

I thinks it's how you've set up the SharePoint lists. The instructions are slightly strange but if you know SharePoint lists you know what it means in the instructions therefore can fix. I do have a zipfile that is a bit more robust and u e simplified it. I've stripped away quite a few screens and created a separate management app.
