Change name of list used

Can someone point me to where in the app I can change the reference to the list used? I am not referring to the data source. I am referring to the app's reference to those lists.

Example: I want to change the reference to "Desk Reservations" to "Desk Reservations Site A."

It appears that I can chance the reference in the connections json. the json for the lists though seems to be a step too far. I am attempting to manually change various pieces to see if this meets my goals
