Requiered update to support new mtgjson v4 data?

The file used here https://github.com/april/decklist/blob/4b5919b8c2bcd563fdbf4f7cbdfafb4ea7658bd5/js/cards/generatecards.sh#L8

doesn't exist any more. All data is now contained in AllCards.json. Additionally, there have been some breaking changes and enhancements: https://mtgjson.com/changelog.html

Also, there is now a .xz file available which is 50% smaller in size than zip!
