Upgrade to Appwrite 1.0

What does this PR do?

This PR upgrades the vue-demo app to Appwrite 1.0

Test Plan

I setup an appwrite server using gitpod and ran the demo locally. I fixed the code to use Appwrite 1.0 and tested all the functions.
