Improve Mobile Responsiveness in Appwrite Console Footer

What does this PR do?

This pull request improves the mobile responsiveness of the Appwrite Console footer by adding a flex-wrap style to the navigation links. The changes ensure a better user experience on mobile devices. Additionally, a before-and-after video has been attached for reference.

Please review and merge.
