Bulk delete ignores filters

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Go to a table
2. Apply filters
3. Click the checkbox in the header to select all

👍 Expected behavior

Only the filtered rows are selected for delete

👎 Actual Behavior

All rows are selected for delete
