Enhancement 1467 Improving Session Display in Dashboard
What does this PR do?
This pull request enhances the sessions table display to include a "Created" column to showcase the date-time of when the session was created.
Test Plan
Manual, viewed the sessions table to ensure the new item was added to the table.

Thanks @ItzNotABug ! Very much appreciated. The team staked the issue by commenting on the issue that they were working on it but didn't know how to convey that formally.
The PR follows the example from the neighboring Activity page for consistency: same column header, column location and date timestamp format function.
We are looking forward to the guidance from the Product and Design team.
