Fix duplicate index blurred error
What does this PR do?
This fixes the issue #1429
Test Plan
In the Project > Database > {database} > Collection > Indexes Created a duplicate index. The error occured in the index creation window itself instead of being blurred in the backgroud, just like an error during creation of Attribute.
