What does this PR do?

This fixes Issue #1392 dealing with incorrect notification when verifying phone number of user.

Test Plan

Following steps have been followed to check if this works right:

  1. Login -> Go to dashboard -> Project -> Auth -> Select User image

  2. In Overview tab click on Verify Account

  3. Click on Verify Phone image

  4. Checked the Notification that says : {User} has been verified. image

  5. Click on Unverify Phone

  6. Check the Notification that says: {User} has been unverified. image
