🚀 Enhancement: Add `smart` mode to image preview output

🔖 Enhancement description

smart should be able to find the optimised image format for the coming request by header or other hints. For example, we can serve AVIF instead of Webp in Chome and the original format should be served if the browser doesn't support AVIF and Webp ~i.e. IE~

By implementing the smart mode, we can give the best-fit image format.
