is This Project support android above target version 17?

I'm afraid this project is not mantained anymore, but I guess it should work with androids above 17. I suggest using exoplayer instead of ffmpeg.

Hello @jacek-marchwicki ! I want to generate thumbnails so I might have to use FFmpeg as exoplayer doesn't support it. Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated!
