[Bug]: `Not found` error toast appears when navigating back to the homepage

Description

When editing a Git-connected app and navigating back to the homepage before the app fully loads, a "Not found" error toast appears.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Edit a git connected app.
2. Before it loads, return to the homepage by clicking on the Appsmith logo in the top left corner.
