[Bug]: Status 200 returned for invalid license key in Airgap version

Description

When an invalid license key is entered in the Airgap version, a status 200 response is returned which is incorrect. In contrast, the Enterprise Edition (EE) correctly responds with a status 400 for the same scenario.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Launch airgap image locally and login to your account.
2. In admin settings go to License & plans.
3. Enter an invalid license key while updating the license
