[Bug]: Use InviteExistingUserToApp template when inviting an existing user through App Share

Description

During app share, if the user already exists on the instance then we should use InviteExistingUserToApp. It's currently sending InviteUserToApp template

Steps To Reproduce

Invite a user who's already present on instance via app share and check email.
