[Bug]: Make sure datasources are synced using gitSyncId and not names

If I have a datasource in my workspace with the exact same name as the one coming in from a repo, we treat them as the same and proceed with the import. This means that we not only override the gitSyncId on the repo, but also that we start to use something that might have been a completely different datasource with the same name and associate it to all the queries in the app.

Bumping this issue up to prod because it should have made it's way there by now if it was not fixed
