[Feature]: Appsmith BE/EE: Custom Branding for Signup Page

Summary

Users would like to set up their own branding on the Signup page:

• Customize the error string that shows up when a user tries to register when sign-up is disabled and reference their branding rather than "this instance of appsmith".

• Customize Privacy policy and Terms and conditions - either change the links or edit the content of the pages.

Why should this be worked on?

This would enhance the user experience as end-users would see the custom branding and content that is relevant for them.

In the branding project, we mostly worked on the UI customization part. This feels like the Content part of branding.
