[Bug] [List]for lower screen sizes, List starts flickering at somewhere around 454PX /452Px, for lower screen sizes

Noting down the steps to reproduce this in my machine:

• set browser's zoom to 125%
• Add List widget
• increase container height in desktop view
• set viewport to 454px (go to browser console and enter this $("#canvas-viewport").style.width="454px")
