[Bug]: Publish Mode Resources should not be part of Git Repo

Description

The Git Repo only includes the Edit Mode resources for the Application.json as right after committing we deploy the application.

Remove Publish Mode App Settings and Custom JS Libs from the Git commit

Steps To Reproduce

Ref: https://github.com/appsmithorg/appsmith/issues/22213 In the video attached need to check for the commit changes that appear right after pushing one commit, is the published mode resources.
