[Bug]: Blurry text on canvas when container has a border radius set

Description

Text on canvas appears hazy. Users need to zoom in by changing system display setting or browser setting

• the issue only appears on Chrome & Canary, works fine on Firefox
• may not be related to mobile responsiveness changes since non-Appsmith users can also see this effect
• turning off hardware acceleration on Chrome did not change anything
• Windows issue, works fine on Mac

Steps To Reproduce

1. Import the app Automation test cases (1).zip and scroll down Page 1 to notice the effect or create an app with sufficient text body

So far all we know is in some windows, the text/content is not sharp when there are certain widgets inside a border-radius set widget.

just did a fresh install, on ubuntu 22.04 docker. my browser is vivaldi / chromium on ubuntu 22.04. i have graphics hardware acceleration disabled if that matters. Though when I view another appsmith instance on a different server, with this same browser, it is fine.
