RefNotFoundException: Ref main cannot be resolved
    at org.eclipse.jgit.api.CheckoutCommand.call(CheckoutCommand.java:223)

Has occurred 14 times for our users in the recent past starting in late August and it flaring up in recent times in October. This needs investigation and nipped in the bud if it is a problem that is going to affect a lot of our users.

Seems like the count drop down in last 2 months. Will look in to this in upcoming months
