Describe the problem

A preview is not generated when a link to our docs is shared for example, in Discourse. The error - "The description tag missing for the embed".

Describe the improvement

Add description for all doc pages.

Why do you think this change is needed?

The description is needed for generating previews and also will help in SEO.
