[Docs]: Add support for SSO Name in OIDC/SAML setup docs

Problem Statement

We allow users to set a name of their choosing for the login button when enabling SSO. Like Login to Okta instead of Login to OIDC, this will make SSO more familiar for the end users. We should add this in our SSO config docs.
