Update master node setup instructions for new OpenVSwitch OVN Kubernetes version

The current install instructions in the last part of the master node setup are for a previous version of OVN Kubernetes that hasn't been updated for 2 years.

To get it you need to clone the old branch:

git clone https://github.com/openvswitch/ovn-kubernetes -b branch-0.5

The instructions should probably be updated for the new Go-based version of OVN Kubernetes.
