Add an optional pause during upgrade after uncordoning a node.

Is this a BUG REPORT or FEATURE REQUEST?: FEATURE REQUEST

It would be nice If operator could setup an optional pause before upgrade procedure will continue with another node. In some setups it's desirable that some workloads (eg. StatefulSets that need quorum) will become available, before draining another node.
