Ability to use rkt instead of Docker

Do you have in plan to use rkt instead of Docker? It would be great that this parameter will be configurable via kismatic-plan.yaml

We don't have it in the short term roadmap, but might get to it in the medium/long term.

@swade1987 main reason to try rkt was - issue with docker crash and no "live-restore" option available on version of docker which we tried. Now, we did docker health check and updated version to latest which has live restore and everything seems to work fine so far, so, if you do not plan to add rkt, you can close this issue.
