refactor: target jvm version to 17

Hello. Thanks to you, I can write test code comfortably, which is really nice. Thank you.

After upgrading the JDK version to 21 recently, I encountered a message saying 'unsupported class file major version 65'.

I'm considering whether it might be a good idea to raise the target version for deployment.
