Image-load flaws in offline mode

I modified the ShutterbugDemo to specifically test it in offline mode. Most of the FetchableImageViews in the ListView load the images from SD card correctly, but there are always one or two of FetchableImageViews in a screen are empty slots. I can only guess there are flaws in the algorithm. Besides, the API of the library, as far as I'm concerned, is the most clean and simple.

I confirm this too. I might will have to abandon the library :(
