Its possible to build'n'release windows binary?

@hsn10 We are kind of overloaded right now, how badly do you need this? @elijaharita @jlogelin Is this feasible to do in the short-term?

~~@hsn10 estuary has a native dependency that has only been certified on Linux and Mac systems, therefore we don't currently have a windows binary. WSL is probably your best bet to run Estuary on Windows. Alternatively, we will be providing a prepackaged Docker image in the next release, so you could also run it from docker on windows.~~
