Create Github wiki

It would be nice to have all the installation, contribution and troubleshooting information on the Github wiki. Content will be more organized once it's there.

@johnnymatthews has given me this task. I'm not yet familiar with Estuary but I'll give this a shot. If I have any questions, where would be the best place to ask?

What would you say the scope of the Setup section is? Should it just contain the initial building process or should it also continue on to things like "Running your own node", "Running as daemon with Systemd", etc.

Edit: I also added Git as an explicit requirement, because of the need to clone the repo.

  • Setup
    • building process instructions here
    • Running your own node
      • instructions on running your own node here
    • Running as a daemon with systemd
      • instructions on running as a daemon here
