SCP -> SFTP update

Is this action tested to work when SCP updates to work on SFTP?

"This release switches scp(1) from using the legacy scp/rcp protocol to using the SFTP protocol by default."

And ~ home symbol link should not work anymore. Recommendation to absolute paths.
