Update OpenAPIKit dependency to 4.x

Description

OpenAPIKit 4.0.0 has been released. There are a handful of breaking changes and suggested fixes described in the migration guide but it should be a fairly easy transition.

I won't have time to tackle this myself, but I figured a ticket tracking the task would be appreciated nonetheless.
