Is there no way to have these models run on different WebUis?

Apple users are limited to some of these Ui that dont have enough functionality..? no way to make the model into a safetensor that could be loaded into Auto111 or ComfyUi? but still keep the benefits?

I think you need to ask Auto1111 or ComfyUI to beef up their support for a native Apple pipeline. It isn't really anything that this repo can change with just a model.

I believe the issue could be tracked here, also Jonathan made a script which streamlines the installation process.
