mlx_nested_unet Implementation

Need to add Bella's mlx_unet when ready. Also need to test the file before merging.

take a look at https://github.com/apple/ml-mdm/pull/53 for an example on how to create a test case that compares mlx version vs pytorch version and checks that the output is the same
