Add Joshua-Done script to report code coverage

Will generate a list of counters for each code-probe in the joshua fdb cluster. This needs this Joshua PR in order to work. Without the Joshua change, the joshua_done script will not be called (therefore it won't break anything, the code probe feature will simply be missing).
