Unable to add printer

Hi,

I installed the Cups Docker and installed a usb printer via the Cups UI.

The Printer didn‘t work. I have this fault message:

Leerlauf - "File "/usr/lib/cups/filter/Nelko/Filter/rastertolabel" not available: No such file or directory"

It‘s a Nelko Pl70-bt Label Printer.
