Show No Tokens found when user deletes all the tokens

In order to solve this, we will have to create an observer in parent template personaltoken-list which will be triggered on delete action from child template personaltoken-detail. This is kind of complicated and more effort is required to fix this small issue, so we can keep on hold for now.
