Video FPS drop observed when running LocationService

Issue Description

We have a video recording service running on our Android device. However, whenever we run the LocationService provided by the Appium Settings package, we observe a significant drop in FPS of the recorded video.

Upon killing the LocationService process, the FPS of the recorded video spikes back to normal levels.

Expected Behavior

Running the LocationService should not impact the video recording FPS.
