Why doesn't it work on all mobiles?

Why doesn't it work on all mobiles? I tried the application on Android and it only worked on one mobile Note that I tried it on the J7 phone and another group of mobiles, I open the application and it remains as it does not enter the main screen of the wallet, I find it a problem unfortunately I cannot and others deal with the wallet and not all people have expensive or advanced phones
