[Suggestion] Prioritize sending over pocketing

I logged into an old account that was visited last time in 2017 and the app started to pocket hundreds of spam transactions. I didn't have time to wait and tried to make a transaction. The app froze (infinite sending animation). Had to kill the app.

These behaviors were improved on newer versions of Natrium, automatically raising the receive threshold and rewriting the networking API. Although, may still need to consider disabling receives when the send sheet is in the foreground.
